Sustainability
To prevent damage to people, the environment, and to insured assets is at the core of DNK's business model. This is not only to the benefit of our members, but also to society at large.
War risks do not appear to be directly affected by climate risk. Nonetheless, climate risks can, over time, lead to increased tensions across nations and regions and thus lead to geopolitical tension and to increased cases of terrorism, piracy and other risks covered under the DNK policy.
The Association has zero tolerance for corruption and bribery. This applies to DNK's employees, service providers, counterparties, and its members.
Ethical guidelines and policies regarding anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing, anti-corruption, and fraud are implemented with employees and suppliers.
Code of Conduct
DNK shall comply with applicable national and international laws, regulations, rules and industry standards.
Our Code of Conduct serves as our main ethical policy and reflects our values and belief that business shall be conducted in an ethical and transparent manner.
It describes our expectations, commitments and requirements for how we shall act in relationship with our members, partners, authorities and colleagues.
DNKs Code of Conduct applies to all employees and our subsidiaries as well as to temporary personnel, consultants and others who act on behalf of or represent DNK.
We expect our suppliers and other business partners to comply with the ethical rules throughout their own operations and supply chains.
